Procurement and Installation
Knowing which manufacturers and vendors will deliver is a key part of quality and cost controls when executing a design. dpf Design gets to know the companies we purchase from and develops business partnerships by visiting the factories, meeting the presidents and their key people and attending their trade shows. Our success depends on their commitment to deliver high quality goods on time.

Project Management
Overseeing the execution of a design is paramount to managing the quality and cost controls. One of dpf Design’s senior designers is the client contact and manager to each project. Meetings are held on site as needed during the construction phase and monthly accounting is reviewed.

Billing Practices
dpf Design uses a project-based double entry accounting program. We produce detailed proposals with request for review and deposits. We invoice balances as product or services are delivered on a monthly basis.

Shipping, receiving and inspecting
We believe that it is our responsibility to see to every detail. Our office works to find best rates for shipping and we handle all damage claims and replacement orders.

Installing, the personal touch
dpf Design never sub-contracts the installation services. We bring our team and we do not leave until the last detail is attended to.

Maintenance and Housekeeping Training
Good design should solve, not create, problems. A successful design is one that anticipates and understands the wear and tear a place will receive and the capacity of the housekeeping and maintenance staff. We produce a maintenance manual that is graphic, pictorial and easy to follow. We are available to train the staff and recommend the appropriate cleaning products and methods.
